Hours & Location

Fall 2023 (August 24th - December 31st):

We are available for research by appointment only on Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm. Appointments can be scheduled through our Materials and Appointment Request Form. Requesting an appointment in advance ensures your material will be ready for you when you arrive at the Reading Room and that we have adequate staffing to receive you.

We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Exceptions to open hours:

The reading room will occasionally be closed due to special events or staffing limitations. Closure notices will be posted here as they are known.

Closed Friday, November 4th, 11:30am - 1pm and Monday, November 6th, 2 - 4pm

Special Collections & University Archives is located on the second level (room 275) near the Main Stairs of the Case Library and Geyer Center for Information Technology.
